Flight

Flight - The longest flight I ever took was from Los Angeles, California (LAX) to the Manila, Philippines (MNL). At the time, I was a smoker and of course you couldnt smoke on a plane. To make matters worse, for some reason we left to the airport almost 12 hours before we were supposed to take off. You can only go around so many times and visit the same shops before you get bored out of your mind. And in a foreign country, conversation is limited.

So twelve hours of waiting and nineteen hours of flying made for a bad flying experience. In general, I am unhappy with airports and flying. They take my hair gel, my wine bottle opener, and go to town on my laptop.

I dont even get the thrill of takeoff anymore since I started riding motorcycles. Believe it or not the acceleration feels or is faster on a motorcycle. I usually check one of two places for flight prices. I used to have an Expedia and Travelocity account, but they are not even close to the best at times. I check Kayak and Southwest. I wish I was a better programmer; I would make a lot of sights like Kayak.
