Exercise
Exercise - There was a time when I was in shape. Six pack, looked like I had zero body fat, extremely healthy and strong. Looking at me now, you would think that I had one foot in the grave and the other on a banana peel! Its amazing how nave I once was. I never thought I would gain weight, and as a teenager I tried really hard to gain weight. Now I cant stop gaining weight. The larger I get, the harder it is to exercise.
Its not just the extra weight that makes moving hard; its the added pressure it puts on the joints. Its easy being strong when youre 145 pounds, but once your 240 things get a tinsy bit harder.
I try to work out with aerobic videos, but some of those moves are too painful. And it hurts my ego, to see a twenty-something year old girl that isnt breaking a sweat, while Im struggling for air.
Im not the type of person that takes pills when they dont have too. In fact, I threw away the Hydroxycut that my girlfriend was taking at the time. She was mad, but she might as well take speed or crack, because it was doing the same thing to her body.
Speaking of which, if you really want to lose some weight and feel better. All you have to do is one thing. If I said, Just stop potato chips or potatoes in general most would say, Ok, that doesnt sound so bad. Some would quit, some wouldnt. But if I said, No more caffeine in any form people have the biggest fit. Take a hint, youre addicted and yes its bad for you.
