Brad Pitt

Brad Pitt - I remember I was watching the tonight show and the guest was Ashton Kutcher. He said that he had always wanted to take Jennifer Aniston out on a date. At the time Brad and Jennifer were married, and Ashton was single, he called up Brad to ask if he could take her on a date. Brad said, “Sure”. Ashton had then commented, “Of course he did! It’s Brad Pitt, who can compare to the sexiest man alive.”

The details escape me, but the morale has stayed with me. Aside from the commentary relating to his possible infidelity, back then there was no mention of it and that can only be used in hindsight. But back then they were thought of as a lasting couple. And that confidence and trust that he exhibited has helped me in my relationships, I have let go of suspicion and jealously and my current relationship is the best I ever had. I believe she enjoys the change from her previous relationships as well.

There are many things that I can remember Brad saying that have stuck with me and have provided a positive influence in my life. I remember watching Oprah after the movie, “Troy” had opened in theatres and she was interviewing Brad. She asked him how he got in shape for the movie. He said, “you have to keep your body in a constant state of discomfort.” Not pain, discomfort. After I heard that, my workouts became much more intense, because if it wasn’t pain, it was only discomfort, and I can handle that. It’s easy to confuse the two.

To my surprise, with a personal survey among friends I haven’t found many women that think Brad Pitt is attractive. Goes to show that there is no accounting for taste.
